The Challenge
The challenge is helping AirMiles collectors navigate to the partner brands they like, increase redemption target, and increase online traffic to airmiles.ca. They will be able to find out more information about the different types products from the brand and help them redeem their points for the product they want.
The Approach
My approach was designing the user flow for the brand partner page and present each brand with their own product page. What kind of information do we need to present to the user and what information is important. Direct users through the checkout process and display product offers.

Reception
After launch of brand partner page in 2017, we saw increased revenue, online traffic, and redemption to the Air Miles merchandise website for each brand, Philips, De’Longhi, Delsey, Hamilton Beach, and Napoleon. interaction across all website section increased. Overall, based on the analytical performance and success of partner pages; we partnered with several other brands like HP Canada, Weber, Conair, Bulova & Citizen.
